Implement infrastructure, including solar-powered irrigation and water storage systems, to ensure sustainable and efficient farming practices.

Focus on cultivating two high-value crops with export potential and strong local demand.

Phase 2: Initial Training & First Harvest

Objectives:

Partner with experts to train local staff in sustainable farming methods.

Conduct the first planting cycle, with two annual harvests planned for maximum productivity.

Explore processing opportunities, such as drying produce, to add value and increase marketability.

Phase 3: Establishing the Vocational Training Centre

Objectives:

Build a vocational training center, combining agronomy education with on-the-job practice.

Develop programmes that equip community members with the skills needed to sustain and expand the initiative.

Create a supportive, nurturing environment to inspire personal and professional growth.

Phase 4: Reflection & Expansion

Objectives:

Evaluate lessons learned from the pilot phase to refine practices.

Use findings to design a full-scale program integrating an employee-led agribusiness and vocational boarding school.

Establish a knowledge-sharing ecosystem with other start-ups and experts to drive innovation and collaboration.
