Pierrette Hebga Meinrad is the founder of Faith Forward Collective, an initiative driven by her commitment to creating opportunities for marginalised communities in Cameroon. With a background in policy and operational roles, Pierrette has cultivated a belief that meaningful change happens when grassroots solutions and high-level policy action work in tandem. This dual approach—what she calls a “pincer formation” strategy—ensures that impact grows from the ground up while reshaping systems from the top down, fostering sustainable and long-term transformation.
Although Pierrette left Cameroon at a young age, her mother’s vivid stories of resilience and joy, alongside her family’s support for orphans in Cameroon, kept her deeply connected to the country’s challenges and potential. Witnessing the impact of small, thoughtful gestures inspired her to envision a way to scale these efforts: a model where businesses in high-impact sectors and schools work together to address systemic challenges and empower communities.
Faith Forward Collective embodies this vision by integrating education, entrepreneurship and sustainable development into a holistic approach that will unlock opportunities for communities to adapt, grow and dream of a better tomorrow—whether in rural areas or urban centres.
